"Since the beginning of the war on February 24, 2022, my family and a small child have been under artillery, rocket, and air attacks for a month and lived in a cold, damp basement with a lack of food for a month. For almost three weeks my family and I remained under occupation, and then miraculously managed to leave. I have personally experienced everything that the people we help feel. The first thing I wanted to do after moving to a safe part of Ukraine was to help people who had suffered from the war. Fate brought me to the Gate.org organization, I am proud to be involved in it."
