Good day! My name is Viktoriya. I am a mother of many children. I have 3 children: twins are 7 years old and son is 7 months. Before the war, I did not work, I was on maternity leave. Now we live in our apartment in the Bucha district. When the war came to our town, we were sleeping. Our parents called us and said that the full-scale war had started. Our life changed radically, we all sat at home and were afraid, the children did not go to school, and the husband did not go to work. We were constantly watching the news, thinking about whether we should leave or stay. How will we be better? How safer? Will the husband be released?
The worst was in March when a shell fell near us and I was just standing by the window. Our windows shook, I was very scared and panicked, but my husband calmed me down. I used to work as a computer operator in a pharmaceutical company. The children understood that the war had begun, but we tried to keep calm and pass this calm to them. I receive social benefits from the state. Prices have risen for food and utilities. There are 5 people in my family, and only my husband works. We need financial help. I see Ukraine as an independent, free and prosperous country.
