Hello, we are IDPs from the Kherson region. On February 24, the worst thing for us was when 8 helicopters flew overhead, when tanks were going down the street, when they started bombing us. Before the war, I worked as a nurse in a hospital.
Now I don’t work because I have no one to leave my child with. Our girl is 8 years old, she was very afraid when the planes were flying overhead and bombing our village. We were in the basement for 8 days, it was scary when we heard hailstones, it was the worst thing for us.
When we were leaving, there was no green corridor, we were traveling under fire. The husband and son, who is 21, volunteered for the front. My husband was killed in March, and we have not received any payments to date. I would be very grateful for help, as I have a minor daughter and an elderly mother.
I hope that our Ukraine will win! I hope my son will come home alive. He has already had 3 concussions, but he went back to the front. We really want to come home.
