Olha Osadcha from Krasnohorivka
Good evening! We are a family from Ukraine, Donetsk region, Krasnohorivka. The war came to our town in 2014. Over the years, our town was destroyed, but by 2022 everything was restored. Now there are only ruins left of our town. Since February 24, our town has been under constant shelling. Neighboring houses were destroyed and neighbors were killed. We were scared, crying, and had to hide in basements. In April, our family moved to Kryvyi Rih. Here we rent an apartment. There are 5 people in our family – me, Oksana, I am 16 years old, a student. I am an orphan, and my grandmother Olga takes care of me. My grandmother and her son lost their jobs; they worked in a hospital before the war. My aunt has epilepsy, she was treated before the war, but now it is not possible to treat her, and her condition is deteriorating. My aunt has a daughter. We receive payments as displaced persons, and my grandmother receives a pension. We need medicines, warm clothes, and shoes, and we hope for your help. We will be very grateful to you. We see Ukraine only as a free country, with respect, our family.
