With the beginning of the war in Ukraine, our lives have changed a lot. My family was forced to move to another region. We left our house and moved 500 km from home. My children Sasha, 11 y.o., and Dmytro, 5 y.o., reacted very uneasily to the fighting. Explosions were very audible in our hometown, we saw rockets flying. We dropped to the ground and ran to the basement, which we prepared at the beginning of the war. Now we are in another region. Good people gave us a house. The house is not in very good condition, but it has furniture. We do not have enough bed linen, towels, pillows, blankets, utensils, personal hygiene products, food, medicine, clothes, and shoes for the children. My husband lost his job. We received help from the government once. We also did not receive any assistance from UNICEF or the Red Cross. We have very good neighbors who helped us with food at first, we are very grateful to them. My family and I believe that everything will be fine in Ukraine and we will return to our home and arrange it. I also want to say that we are very scared for the children, they cry a lot, it is heartbreaking. I want to cry. Thank you.
