On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a full-scale aggression, attacking the whole of Ukraine. A lot of people found themselves in a difficult situation, began to defend themselves, and a lot of people began to defend their families and country. They were forced to leave their homes when the full-scale aggression began.
Since 2014, the war has been going on. The Russian Federation is trying to take over the whole of Ukraine, so many families have left their homes and many homes have been destroyed. People became internally displaced, and our family is no exception, we also became IDPs.
There is not enough to live on, many people have become unemployed. I have a disabled mother, my wife is almost unemployed, and I am a war veteran. In the summer, the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station was destroyed, and we have no water, so we have to get it from the city. There is a nuclear power plant 18 kilometers away, which is still under occupation, and we don’t know what to expect… If the American people have the opportunity to help Ukrainians (which you do all the time), we will be very grateful! In general, we are very grateful to the American government and the American people for the help you constantly provide to Ukraine! Thank you! Glory to the heroes!
