The day the war began, was very terrible. My child is disabled, she is 2 years old. She cries at night without even waking up. Our city was under occupation. Now we left for Poland. We live in a center for refugees. It’s free housing, but it’s temporary. We need financial assistance now, because nobody knows when to expect help from the state. Medicines and everything else is hard to find, money is needed for everything. We were able to leave with our dogs. They also need food. I want it all to end, for Ukraine to be free, for putin to finally leave our country alone. I don’t know what else I can say about it. Very scary. Memories of sitting in a 0.5-meter high basement during the explosions. Every night I was afraid, not for myself, but the child. When we arrived in Poland, I found out that I am pregnant. I decided to keep this child, although it will be very difficult for us. We will raise children and I hope that very soon we will be able to return home. I hope so.
