On the morning of February 24, we woke up to powerful explosions. We didn’t know what to do and were very scared. Since February 24, life seems to have stopped. There is only fear in the soul – fear for the children, for the future. The scariest day in my life was when an enemy missile hit the local school. I was at home, the children were playing outside. The children were scared. I took the children and we ran to the basement. I am on maternity leave. I am a single mother of 3 children. Their names are Vova, Roma, and Inna. We live in Druzhkivka. We need funds to heat the house with coal since there is no more gas in our town. Children need winter clothes. I received help from the Red Cross. We believe it will end. Fighters and missiles will stop flying, this terrible sound will one day subside. When we go to bed, my middle son asks God to wake up in the morning and instead of a siren, hear from the loudspeakers “the war is over!”
