Maryna Kudryashova from Kyiv
Good evening! My name is Maryna Kudryashova. I am a mother of 3 children. We are from Kyiv. My children: Amaliya is 4 years old, Davyd is 1 year old, and Daniel is 2 months old. The day when the war started, I was very sick, I had covid. I was pregnant and could not tolerate it well. Because of this, we could not go anywhere at first. We had to stay at home until March 6 until I got better. From February 26 to March 6, we were in the basement. My life has changed a lot, my children and I have lost our normal life. My daughter was the winner of many international singing competitions. It’s all over now. We do not receive benefits from the state, unfortunately. I still can’t even apply for child support. We need food the most because my middle son needs baby food, he is allergic to cow’s milk, and only goat’s milk is suitable for him. The worst thing is when a child remembers how we were bombed. The children reacted to it more like a game, except for the eldest daughter, who understands more what is happening. The world needs to hear that our children want to live in peace and play under a peaceful sky, and they want their parents not to worry about what future awaits them tomorrow.
