On the day when the war came to my town, my daughter and 4 small dogs and I were sleeping, we all woke up to the arrival of rockets. After February 24, life for us is like a horror movie. The most difficult thing since the beginning of the war was not seeing my relatives, who are all in the city of Dnipro. Before the war, I worked in a pawnshop, at the same time I was a groomer and a real estate broker.
I live in the occupied territory, and only my sisters help me, and my husband, I will receive unemployment benefits. The children reacted very badly, now the child is doing sports (karate) to protect herself and me in the future. My daughter is 13 years old, her name is Kateryna. I do not receive benefits. I applied for help from UNICEF on May 30, but I still haven’t received anything. I live in my house. We need help with food and medicine, as well as dog food. I believe in the victory of Ukraine. My biggest fear is that there will be no de-occupation of my native town.
