Good day! My name is Nataliya, I am from the occupied city of Kherson. On February 24, the war began for us. That day we started hearing terrible sounds, and we still hear rockets flying. 60% of people from my city have left. The bravest stayed here, in the city of Kherson. The most terrible moment was the beginning of the war, it was not clear what to do and where to run. Before the war, I worked as a clothes seller. Now my workplace has burned down, a shell hit a shopping center and a fire broke out. I have a son, he is 6 years old, his name is Artem. He is still afraid and cries when he hears the sounds of rockets. Then he runs to me and asks me if our house was bombed. Humanitarian aid is not brought, because our enemies do not let Ukrainian aid pass. I do not receive benefits from the state. I live in my apartment. We need financial help the most, because we want to leave here, and we need funds for this. I see Ukraine as independent, free, as it was before. We hope and believe that we will be liberated. The world should be care to what happened in our big family – Ukraine. If the invaders seize our land, they will also reach other independent countries. The world must help stop the war and drive these inhumans out of our land.
