Hello! My name is Yuliya. I have a big family. Our family lives in the town of Myrhorod. This is a small, beautiful resort town, but on February 24, we experienced war in all its manifestations. Our town has a military unit, an airfield, so we were bombed from the first days of the war. We cannot forget the horror we experienced then. We had to move out of our house for almost 3 months because the explosions were very close and we were worried about the lives of our children. After that, we were bombed more than once, rockets were also fired at our town today. We didn’t leave, we stayed in our town and try to help others as much as we can – with a kind word, with food, if we have it, we share it with others. We have 4 children. The eldest daughter is 15 years old, the son is 14, and the younger children are 9 and 7 years old. I work in a hospital, that’s one of the reasons why we didn’t go. I could not leave my workplace, I have to. I stayed there, we helped the wounded and still do it. The state is reducing the number of jobs, I may soon be out of a job, and I have a large family. We need food and hygiene products. Thank God, we are not starving. We do not want to leave our country. Our children and parents grew up here, we want to live here. But what is happening is very difficult morally. Any help would be greatly appreciated if you can help. Thank God, we are not starving yet and we thank God every day that we have bread on the table.
